We are not an insurance company; we help match clients with coverage offered by the carriers we represent. Product availability varies by carrier, state, and underwriting guidelines, and not all products or carriers are available to every applicant.

3. No Guarantee of Coverage

Quotes, estimates, and information provided through our website, by phone, or by our team are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer, a contract of insurance, or a guarantee of coverage, price, or eligibility. Coverage is bound only when (a) a carrier approves your application through underwriting, and (b) any required premium payment is received and accepted. Until you receive confirmation that coverage is bound, no insurance coverage is in place through us.

4. Eligibility and Permitted Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering insurance contracts to request quotes or purchase insurance through us. You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and not to misrepresent your identity or any information submitted to us or to any carrier.

By using our website or providing your contact information, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including by email and text message, and, where applicable, conduct business and sign documents electronically. Electronic records and signatures are valid and enforceable to the same extent as paper records and handwritten signatures under the Oklahoma Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (12A O.S. §§ 15-101 et seq.) and the federal E-SIGN Act.

7. Communications Consent (Calls, Texts, Emails)

If you separately opt in to marketing communications, you consent to receive marketing calls, texts (including autodialed or automated texts), and emails, understanding that:

• Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
• You may opt out of marketing texts or emails at any time by replying "STOP."
• We will honor opt-out requests without delay, and will not send marketing calls or texts between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. your local time, and no more than three solicitations (calls/texts) in a 24-hour period, consistent with the Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act and the federal TCPA.
• Consent to marketing communications is never required as a condition of purchasing insurance from us.
